Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience in the Middle East; Qatar experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of OpenTable and reservation systems.
• Strong people management skills and team leadership.
• Ability to build relationships with guests at all levels.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably multi-site and high-end brands.
• Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Administering guest experience functions across reservations for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.
• Managing day-to-day shift operations and service levels.
• Guiding and motivating team members in their duties.
• Supervise employees and ensure coverage during absences.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff as needed.
• Ensure procedures and standards are implemented and updated.
• Handle guest/member requests, reservations, and orders.
• Maintain communications with other outlets (FO, Housekeeping, etc.).
• Assist with OpenTable setup and provide feedback.
