Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Advise on proper food handling practices and provide food hygiene training for new hires and trainees.
• Identify key risk areas in food operations and take remedial action.
• Provide technical advice on product labeling to meet government requirements.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
