Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites you to join our luxury hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations across both properties, supervise staff, perform regular room and public area inspections, and ensure guest rooms are cleaned on schedule to meet the brand’s high standards.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to maintain seamless operations, provide on-the-job training, and drive exceptional guest service.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a five-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room inspection standards.
• Understanding of luxury hotel brand standards and guest service excellence.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and housekeeping management systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a multicultural team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assign duties and work schedules to Room Attendants and housekeeping colleagues according to occupancy and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors and public areas to ensure luxury hotel standards.
• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned, inspected and released on time according to arrival and departure schedules.
• Monitor room cleanliness, presentation, maintenance issues and replenishment of guest amenities.
• Ensure VIP rooms, special requests and guest preferences receive personalized attention.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly, professionally and efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Monitor colleagues grooming, attendance, productivity and performance while maintaining discipline and teamwork.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching and guidance to housekeeping colleagues to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Monitor linen, cleaning supplies, guest amenities and equipment to ensure proper usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
• Follow up on maintenance defects and ensure all reported issues are communicated to the Engineering Department.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, hygiene standards and departmental procedures.
• Prepare daily reports, room inspection checklists, staff assignments and shift handover reports.
• Ensure Lost and Found items are handled, recorded and stored according to hotel procedures.
• Support the Housekeeping Team in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining Raffles and Fairmont brand standards.
