Four Seasons Doha seeks a professional Telephone Operator to greet guests, manage calls, and support the front desk operations. You will handle switchboard, provide information, and coordinate with hotel services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will work with a courteous, multilingual team to uphold Four Seasons standards, maintain accurate extension directories, and assist with Four Seasons Chats. A minimum of two years in a similar role and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in reading, writing and spoken English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and callers with a friendly, professional tone.
• Operate telephone switchboard and hotel computer systems.
• Provide general information and reference hotel services and hours.
• Route calls to proper extensions and manage wake-up calls.
• Maintain accurate telephone extension directory.
• Respond to emergencies and safety situations.
• Support Four Seasons Chats and pre-arrival messages.
