You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, ensuring all fixtures and appliances are in working order while following safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma or GED and less than 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including inspecting fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and ensuring hardware is in working order.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests per standards, build positive working relationships, and support team goals.
• Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
