Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, invites you to join our luxury hospitality team as a maintenance professional. Located in West Bay Lagoon, Doha, this full-time non-management role supports hotel facilities, ensuring repairs, preventive maintenance and safety compliance across our guest rooms and public areas.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and a valid Driver’s License. Previous hotel engineering experience is a plus; no supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; lubricate and inspect systems.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout system when performing maintenance.
