Job summary

Hyatt Regency Trinidad in Port of Spain is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead marketing, communications, public relations and digital campaigns that boost brand awareness and guest experience. You will develop plans, manage social media and content, build media relationships, support Sales and Events, monitor campaigns, and ensure all materials align with Hyatt brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications, 3+ years in marketing or PR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Previous luxury hospitality or Hyatt experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications plans.
• Manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online presence.
• Create promotional content, press releases, and marketing collateral.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and external partners.
• Support Sales and Events teams with revenue-driving campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide marketing insights.
• Ensure all communications align with Hyatt brand guidelines.
