Job summary

The Ned Doha invites a talented Bartender to join our luxury venue and deliver exceptional beverages and coffee experiences. You will craft espresso-based drinks and cocktails, while providing warm, personalized guest service that reflects The Ned’s signature hospitality.

In this role, you’ll showcase knowledge of coffee, engage guests with recommendations, and maintain a pristine bar environment within a fast-paced, high-end setting. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café, or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other premium beverages to the highest standards.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service that creates memorable guest experiences.
• Share your knowledge of coffee, beverages, and menu offerings, making recommendations tailored to guests' preferences.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
• Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.
