The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Barista to craft specialty coffees and premium beverages, delivering warm, personalized service in a luxury hotel setting in Doha. You’ll share expertise on coffee and menu offerings while maintaining a pristine station and collaborating with bar and restaurant teams.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, strong espresso knowledge, and a genuine love for guest experiences, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café, or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience crafting cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.

The Role:

The Ned Doha is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Barista who is passionate about both specialty coffee and exceptional beverages. Whether you're crafting the perfect espresso, shaking a signature cocktail, or creating genuine connections with guests, you'll play an important role in delivering the outstanding hospitality that defines The Ned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
