Qualifications

• Certified in massage and beauty treatments.
• 2–4 years of luxury hotel spa experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage, facial and wellness therapies across spa areas and guest suites.
• Upsell treatments and retail products with discretion and care.
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure hygiene and inventory are in order.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards.
