Job summary

Swan Global in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on modern fleets. The role requires adherence to regulatory standards and company procedures to ensure airworthiness and on-time operations.

You will supervise mechanics and technicians, provide on-the-job coaching, review maintenance data, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting safety, quality, and dispatch reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Valid ICAO/EASA/QCAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Current type rating on relevant aircraft type.
• Experience across multiple aircraft types, including A320 Family, A350, A380, B777, B787.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Essential

• Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Valid ICAO/EASA/QCAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Current type rating and certification privileges on relevant aircraft type.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple aircraft types, preferably including A320 Family, A350, A380, B777, and B787.
• Sound knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and aviation regulations.
• Good command of English.

Preferred

• Experience in a commercial airline or MRO environment.
• Previous certifying staff experience on modern Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft
