Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking enthusiastic recreation staff to join our luxury hotel team. You will monitor the pool and recreation areas, enforce safety rules, and assist guests with safety needs while delivering the highest levels of service.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, maintaining hygiene and equipment, and supporting guests with disabilities, all while upholding The Gold Standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-class environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Certification or training as required by local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area to identify dangerous conditions and assist swimmers as needed.
• Promote facility rules and guest safety; inform supervisor of incidents.
• Provide safe assistance to injured guests until EMS arrival.
• Maintain towels, cleanliness, and pool deck upkeep as per procedures.
• Welcome guests and maintain professional appearance and service standards.

Education
