Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a Recreation Attendant responsible for guiding guests through our on-site facilities including pools, fitness center, and kids’ activities. You will recruit participation, maintain a friendly, safe environment, and assist with event support while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• Recreation Equipment knowledge or certification is required.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about recreation facilities to guests (pools, beach, game-room, fitness center, kids' club).
• Encourage guests to participate in recreation activities and schedule them.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Explain and enforce safety rules for recreation facilities.
• Respond to emergencies following procedure and assist injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Handle cashier duties for rentals and activities where POS is used.
• Support hosting of private functions within recreation facilities.
