Job summary

Qualifications

• Alphabetical sorting: arranging titles requires extreme attention to detail and a perfect understanding of the English and Arabic alphabets.
• Physical stamina: standing on ladders to reach high shelves and walking across the building requires good physical fitness.
• Customer service: smiling and whispering politely when helping foreign tourists find the heritage exhibition area.

Responsibilities

• Collect abandoned books left on reading tables and return them to exact shelf locations.
• Load plastic student ID cards into the main computer system to process borrowing/returning requests smoothly.
• Walk through silent study zones to ensure nobody is eating or speaking loudly near researchers.
• Pack damaged or torn books into protective boxes for repairs.
