Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Lead VOC Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar. This role is essential for coordinating the QE LNG Verification of Competence (VoC) Program for lifting operations personnel, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in lifting operations with a strong background in managing competency programs and supervising teams. This position requires substantial technical knowledge and commitment to maintaining safety standards in operational environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting operations within oil & gas, construction, LNG, or offshore environments.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory or competency management roles.
• Proven experience managing lifting operations competency programs.
• Previous experience delivering VOC / competency assurance schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all VOC assessment activities across assigned project locations.
• Manage daily deployment of Coaches / Assessors.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and assessment planning.
• Ensure alignment with agreed VOC implementation schedules.
