Ashghal seeks a Senior Work Inspector to support infrastructure projects in Qatar. On-site inspection of structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve issues and maintain safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 15+ years of structural inspection experience, with ability to read drawings and travel within Qatar. You will drive quality control and site visits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in structural inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent understanding of Ashghal requirements and quality standards.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within Qatar as required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough inspections of structural construction works, including foundations, columns, beams, and other structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and Ashghal requirements.
• Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities during the construction process.
• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the project team to address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related queries.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met during construction activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in structural construction.
