• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Qatar O&G standards and local regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Champions health, safety, environmental and quality cultures on projects.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering coordination across locations.
• Ensure delivery of project scope within schedule, cost, and quality.
• Prepare and review project execution plans, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Chairs technical and project review meetings with clients and vendors.
