• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in academic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and growth for the division and implement plans.
• Oversee clinical privileges, appointments, and mentorship for staff.
• Manage division budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead planning for pediatric and congenital cardiac surgery services across the program.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and supervise clinical governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Chair to recruit, retain and develop talent.
