Job summary

Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar, is actively hiring experienced Pediatric Nurses to provide world-class care in our children's surgical wards. You will monitor vitals, manage postoperative recovery, and collaborate with pediatric surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a valid QCHP Nursing License, has at least 3 years of direct pediatric or neonatal nursing, and can navigate the Cerner EHR.

Qualifications

• Active pediatric nursing practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric/postoperative care.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pediatric patient vitals continuously and manage postoperative recovery.
• Administer medications with accuracy using Cerner EHR.
• Coordinate with pediatric surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate families on post-discharge care with cultural sensitivity.
