Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services is seeking a seasoned contract management professional at the RLIC site in Qatar to lead commercial, contractual and functional directions across contracting and change management for the NFXP EPC project and related contracts.

The role covers pre-award tender formulation, administration through contract award and post-award management up to close-out, with emphasis on ensuring contractual compliance and robust change control for major oil and gas projects.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive post-award contract management experience on major oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to manage tendering processes and contracting activities.
• Experience in change management, including trend analysis and change order issuance.

Job description

• The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and functional direction related to all aspects of contracting and change management including, the pre-award formulation of tender packages, administration up to Contract award and thereafter responsible for the post award management up to close-out of an EPC project and other miscellaneous contracts to support the NFXP Project.
• Strong skills and experience required in the post-award contract management activities to ensure contractual compliance and in change management from trend to change order issuance.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; or Bachelor Law or Business.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of broad post award contract management, tendering & contracting, procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.
• Experience in change management, including trends.
