Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily garage operations and vehicle upkeep. The role requires supervising mechanics, ensuring safety, and maintaining parts inventory to support efficient workshop performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with heavy equipment, oil & gas environments, and firefighting equipment maintenance, complemented by English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Familiar with heavy construction equipment and heavy commercial vehicles maintenance.
• Experience with firefighting equipment/vehicles operation and maintenance.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant industries.
• Trade certificates relevant to the position.
• Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily garage operations and vehicle maintenance.
• Supervise mechanics and technicians for repair activities.
