Job summary

Eram Talent seeks an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to lead the URDD's drilling and workover operations on deep wells. You will supervise rig crews, ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco safety standards, and liaise with the drilling/workover contractor to maintain program integrity.

You will oversee resource delivery, equipment readiness, and compliance with contractual requirements while coordinating with engineers to implement approved drilling practices and respond to emergencies on site.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of drilling/workover experience, or 7+ years with an Engineering degree.
• Experience in land drilling and workover, preferably deep or critical wells.
• Proven ability to supervise rig crews, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety standards, HSE requirements and procedures.
• Willingness to work 28 days on / 28 days off in remote mobile camps, 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily drilling and workover rig operations.
• Ensure rig personnel, contractors, and service providers comply with safety standards.
• Monitor and supervise all operations on the well site.
• Coordinate with Drilling and Workover Engineers to ensure modern drilling practices.
• Review and approve contractor daily tour reports.
• Ensure rig and equipment are maintained to minimize downtime.
