Job summary

Elegancia Facilities Management in Doha is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple sites, leading teams of technicians, gardeners and subcontractors. You will ensure high standards of soft landscaping, irrigation and turf management while planning manpower, materials and schedules, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in horticulture, landscape management, agriculture or related field.
• 8+ years landscape experience, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and FM operations.
• Strong leadership and client-management capabilities.
• Ideally familiar with irrigation systems and turf management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance and operations across multiple sites.
• Lead and supervise landscape teams, supervisors, technicians, gardeners and subcontractors.
• Ensure high standards of soft landscaping, irrigation, turf, planting and horticultural maintenance.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily work schedules.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety and client requirements are maintained.
• Manage landscape projects, seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization and pest-control activities.
• Coordinate with clients, FM teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare operational reports, manpower plans and performance updates.
• Control costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
