Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering discipline.
• 12–15+ years relevant experience in estimation and tendering within construction/landscape.
• Proven experience in medium to large-scale landscape projects.
• Strong GCC experience essential; Qatar/KSA/UAE or other GCC/MENA markets preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Candy CCS / Candy Estimation Software and SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete estimation and tendering process for landscape and related construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specs, BOQs, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates, BOQs, rate analyses, and tender submissions.
• Develop detailed material, manpower, equipment, subcontractor, and preliminary cost assessments.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial, planning, and operations teams for accurate pricing.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization while meeting project specs.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations and perform commercial evaluations.
• Identify risks, exclusions, qualifications, and opportunities in tenders.
• Participate in tender clarifications, negotiations, and client/consultant presentations.
• Maintain historical cost data, market rates, productivity rates, and benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete strong estimation and tendering process strong for landscape and associated construction projects
• Review tender documents drawings specifications BOQs contracts and scope requirements
• Prepare accurate and commercially competitive strong cost estimates BOQs rate analyses and tender submissions strong
• Develop detailed strong material manpower equipment subcontractor and preliminary cost assessments strong
• Coordinate with technical procurement commercial planning and operations teams to ensure accurate tender pricing
• Conduct strong value engineering and cost optimization strong while maintaining project requirements and specifications
• Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations and ensure competitive commercial evaluations
• Review contractual and commercial conditions and identify strong risks exclusions qualifications and opportunities strong
• Participate in tender clarification meetings negotiations and presentations with clients and consultants
• Maintain and analyze historical cost data market rates productivity rates and project benchmarks
• Lead post-tender reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future bids
• Work closely with senior management to develop strong bid strategies pricing strategies and commercial recommendations strong
• Monitor tender performance and maintain records of strong submitted shortlisted negotiated and awarded projects strong

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in estimation and tendering within the construction/landscape industry.

Proven experience in medium to large-scale landscape projects.

Strong GCC experience is essential, with experience in Qatar, KSA, UAE, or other GCC/MENA markets highly preferred.

Demonstrated track record of successful project awards, preferably with major developers, government entities, hospitality groups, and large contractors.

Strong understanding of landscape construction methodologies, materials, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, external works, and associated infrastructure.

Advanced working knowledge of Candy CCS / Candy Estimation Software.

Experience using SAP for commercial, procurement, cost, or project-related processes.

Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate build-ups, cost planning, subcontractor evaluation, and tender analysis.

Good knowledge of construction contracts, specifications, and commercial conditions.

Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
