Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food preparation zones, supporting the culinary team by ensuring all kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and sanitized in compliance with health and safety standards.

This role offers a tax-free annual salary, company-provided accommodation and transportation, 21 calendar days annual leave, 11 public holidays, sick leave as per Labour Law, private medical insurance, end of service

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dishwashing area and prep zones.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with receipt and storage of kitchen supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area.
• Support kitchen operations by keeping workstations and surfaces hygienic and ready for use.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with the receipt and storage of kitchen supplies when needed.
