• Assist in aligning culinary activities with Corporate Strategy and ensure Hotel Actions implemented where appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation and updates of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
• Conduct regular communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and associates and handle enquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Support productivity and cost controls across departments, focusing on energy efficiency and equipment use.
