Job summary

The Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, part of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the hotel's guest rooms, public areas and facilities to the highest standards. You will ensure a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, stocking amenities, maintaining trolleys and reporting repairs, while upholding safety and privacy for guests. This is an on-site role at a luxury property in Doha.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to established standards.
• Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and room supplies.
• Clean and sanitize furniture, fixtures, floors, and bathroom facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and designated service areas as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost and found property to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and responsibly.
• Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and report complaints to the supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, pantries, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Ensure guest privacy and the security of guest belongings at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
