Job summary

Prestige Talent is seeking a motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, has at least 1 year of experience, and is fluent in English. Knowledge of MS Office is required, and a valid Qatar visa is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must have a valid visa for working in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time.
• Conduct site visits to inspect progress and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Handle issues that arise during the construction process.
