The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project is preferred; English fluency is a plus. This is a full‑time role with benefits.

Construction Manager - Al-Rayyan, Egypt

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficient use of resources
• Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget updates, and any changes in scope

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, codes, and standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
