Work in USA in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to oversee all construction phases on site. The role requires fluent English and Malayalee preference with a civil engineering background.
The ideal candidate will manage plans, schedules, budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet time and cost targets. Accommodation, visa and ticket are provided.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Construction Manager.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication with all levels of team.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Responsabilidades
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to upper management.
- Conduct site inspections for safety and quality control.
- Resolve issues during construction and optimize on-site productivity.
- Make strategic decisions to improve efficiency on site.
