Free Zones Authority in Qatar seeks an IT Security Specialist to safeguard cloud and on‑prem infrastructure and oversee security policies.

The role covers network monitoring, intrusion detection, and supporting disaster recovery planning, with emphasis on governance frameworks and SIEM tools. Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and relevant certifications are required. Experience with Microsoft cloud security solutions and SOC operations is desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field with relevant security certifications.
• Experience with SIEM environments and cloud security solutions.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST) and security testing.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing information security policies and protecting cloud and internal infrastructure.
• Network monitoring to detect and prevent intrusions and to investigate suspicious activities.
