Job summary

Brunel in Qatar seeks an experienced Inventory Officer to manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and demand planning within a refinery, gas processing, or petrochemical plant. You will run SAP reports, prepare replenishment requisitions, review reservations, and optimize stock levels while maintaining accurate SAP master data.

The role requires strong analytical and coordination skills and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5+ years in inventory control and stock replenishment in refinery, gas processing, or petrochemical plant.
• Experience in SAP inventory management and demand planning.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and inventory planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze SAP reports to support inventory control activities.
• Prepare replenishment requisitions and verify material purchasing descriptions.
• Review reservation lists to ensure timely replenishment and cost-effective inventory levels.
• Identify dead, obsolete, and slow-moving materials to optimize stock levels.
• Establish inventory strategies, including reorder points and safety stock levels.
• Maintain SAP material master data for stock and non-stock materials.
