Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in storekeeping or logistics.
• Proven ability to conduct stock audits and maintain records.
• ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain storage areas and labeling.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel with accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Inspect goods for damage and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain clean and safe storage areas per safety procedures.
• Dispose or recycle obsolete inventory per procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests.
• Use inventory software to track movements and generate reports.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
