Job summary

Experience is seeking a senior professional to lead interface management across large oil and gas projects in the region. You will coordinate interfaces between dredging works and interfacing parties, ensuring flawless performance and no claims for delay or change.

You will organize weekly interface meetings, develop and maintain interface registers, and drive the implementation of Interface Management Plans with cross-disciplinary teams. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• 8 years of interface management experience in oil and gas projects.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
• Experience in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Engineering, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
• Experience developing Interface Management Plans, processes, registers and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in interface management software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project interface activities and provide leadership for interfaces between dredging projects and interfacing parties.
• Organize and participate in weekly interface management meetings with Contractor and monitor the interface management register for completion and close out.
• Support and implement Interface Management Plans, registers, matrices, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate multi-discipline interface reviews and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Liaise within RLIC, Port and LNG groups (e.g. Operations, various RLTO) to facilitate and coordinate all project Interface related activities. Provide overall guidance and leadership with respect to the physical interfaces between dredging projects and all interfacing parties. Resolve issues that may arise by making sure that the contractor can perform the scope of work flawlessly without claims for delay or change. Organize and participate in weekly Interface management meetings with Contractor and monitor Project overall interface management register for completion and close out. Support and implement Interface Management Plans, including registers, matrices, and reporting systems. Coordinate multi discipline interface reviews (MEP, civil, instrumentation, etc.) through regular meetings and workshops. Maintain interface-tracking database. Coordinate and ensure that Contractors' Interface Plans are developed, effectively implemented and monitored.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• 8 years of interface management experience in oil and gas projects.

• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Engineering, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

• Proficiency in interface management software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple interface activities simultaneously.
• Some experience in project interface coordination during project FEED and EPCI contract phases.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Strong leadership skills, personal integrity, experience guiding and assisting contractor teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and planning skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels.
• Good mediation skills include conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy.
