Job summary

Stantec is seeking a senior Master Planning Project Manager to lead an integrated program covering stormwater and drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks, treatment plants, pumping stations and recycled water. You will coordinate data collection, strategy reviews and contract administration for a major city-scale project.

As a leader of a multi-disciplinary team, you will oversee field data, develop technical specifications, and prepare deliverables in collaboration with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
• Minimum of 18 years of work experience in water/wastewater master planning.
• Chartered Engineer status; PM membership.
• Excellent command of English; strong contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team on an integrated stormwater, drainage and wastewater master planning project.
• Oversee contract administration and client liaison.
• Prepare technical specifications and guidance documents.
• Provide monthly commercial reviews (EAC, CTC, ERAC, accruals, profitability).
• Report progress and deliverables to the Client.
• Coordinate with remote teams across locations.
• Ensure safety and quality in line with Stantec procedures.
