Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is seeking a senior infra advisory professional to steer strategies for large-scale infrastructure initiatives in the region. You will lead feasibility studies, finance closings, and contract negotiations, while guiding project teams and mentoring junior staff.

Candidates should have 6-8+ years in related sectors, MBA/CFA preferred, and fluency in Arabic. A strong track record in PPPs and procurement is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• MBA and/or CFA preferred; an engineering qualification would be an advantage.
• Directly relevant work experience on large scale infra projects of 6-8+ years, with experience on large-scale infra projects
• Experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, relevant government agency or other relevant sector experience
• Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on development and implementation of strategies for large-scale infrastructure and other projects.
• Advise on feasibility, structuring funding and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and procurements, including contract negotiation and project management.
• Demonstrate understanding of capital project funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at the local, state, and national levels to support analysis of client projects and provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects.
• Developing and mentoring junior team members will also be a key part of your role.
