Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for project finance transactions, including cash flow projections, debt sizing, and valuation analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including commercial, financial, legal, technical, and environmental aspects of potential projects.
• Prepare detailed credit memoranda, investment committee presentations, and other internal and external transaction-related documents.
• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of project finance debt and equity agreements, working closely with legal counsel and other advisors.
• Manage transaction timelines and coordinate efforts among various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, investors, and advisors.
• Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities and assess project feasibility and risks.
• Support senior team members in client relationship management and business development activities, including preparing pitch books and proposals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates, reviewing their work and contributing to their professional development.
• Monitor existing project finance portfolios, including covenant compliance, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Evaluate various financing structures, including non-recourse, limited recourse, and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
