Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician in Qatar to perform Planned Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on plant room equipment. You will ensure efficient operation, troubleshoot refrigeration systems, and minimize downtime while following safety and company procedures.

The role requires 5+ years GCC experience, familiarity with CMMS, and ability to read drawings and manuals.

Qualifications

• ITI in Refrigeration or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Refrigeration specialization.
• Minimum 5 years GCC experience in refrigeration plant maintenance.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on plant room equipment.
• Operate refrigeration plant room equipment as directed by Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems to minimize downtime.
• Update maintenance activities in the CMMS and read drawings/manuals.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify preventive improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and equipment failures.
