Candidates should have at least 3 years in a similar role at an Indian restaurant, strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluent English, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Salary is 1600$ per month; accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an Indian restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that appeal to our target market
• Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
