Job summary

ISL Qatar seeks a Dutch Home Language Teacher (Mother Tongue) for the High School in Doha. You will implement the MYP policy and collaborate with leadership to ensure robust curriculum delivery and assessment across the Dutch mother tongue course.

You will communicate effectively in English and Dutch, differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and contribute to a community of international-minded learners, aligning with ISL values and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent.
• Qualified teacher status appropriate to the duties.
• Experience with the IB MYP/DP, particularly in the Dutch mother tongue.

Responsibilities

• Implement MYP policy and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with School Leadership Team to ensure curriculum delivery.
• Design, develop, implement, and review the mother tongue language curriculum.
• Contribute to assessment and reporting systems.
• Promote health and safety of classes.
• Engage in professional development and staff training.
