Job summary

Lahmeyer International Group GmbH in Doha, Qatar, invites an experienced Project Manager / Hydrogeologist to lead water resources projects. You will oversee hydrogeological investigations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery to international clients.

We require a master's degree in Hydrogeology or geology and 10+ years of relevant experience, plus fluency in English. Arabic is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or similar field.
• 10+ years of experience in hydrogeology and water infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and client relationships.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Experience planning hydrogeological investigations (well drilling, pumping tests, groundwater monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to water resources management and water infrastructure.
• Plan and supervise hydrogeological investigations, including well drilling, pumping tests, groundwater monitoring, and aquifer assessments.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, client communication, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and contractors globally to refine and enhance water sector solutions.
