Job summary

Lahmeyer International Group GmbH in Doha, Qatar seeks a seasoned Project Manager / Hydrogeologist to lead water resources projects on site. You will plan and supervise hydrogeological investigations including well drilling, pumping tests, groundwater monitoring, and aquifer assessments.

The role requires a Master in Hydrogeology or Geology with 10+ years of relevant experience, strong client and subcontractor coordination, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in hydrogeology, groundwater management, and water infrastructure projects.
• Experience planning and managing hydrogeological investigations (well drilling, pumping tests, groundwater monitoring, aquifer assessments).
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to water resources management and water infrastructure.
• Plan and supervise hydrogeological investigations including well drilling and pumping tests.
• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights from groundwater studies.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, client communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and contractors globally to refine water solutions.
