UX Designer - Al-Rayyan

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for our company's products. Your main goal will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions that meet business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to translate complex concepts into simple and effective designs. This role is open to Indian nationals, with experience in UX design and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
