• Proficiency in security systems, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance of company premises, including buildings, parking areas, and restricted zones.
• Monitor and manage access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems to ensure facility security.
• Identify, assess, and document potential health, safety, and security hazards throughout the workplace.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and Qatar labor law requirements.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and safety incidents; coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to verify adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of security incidents, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Provide security briefings and HSE training to employees on relevant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and improve safety and security initiatives.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE across the organization.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs in compliance with security procedures.
