ROYA HOLDING is seeking a vigilant Compound Security Guard for an urgent local hire in Doha, based at a residential Al Hazm compound. You will oversee access control, monitor CCTV, and maintain logs to safeguard residents and property.

The role requires 1–2 years of residential security experience, residency in Qatar with a transferable QID, and English as a must-have; basic Arabic is a plus. Work is full-time with shift basis and company accommodation.

Qualifications

• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid, transferable QID.
• Available for immediate local sponsorship transfer (MoL system).
• 1–2 years of experience as a security guard in a residential compound, gated community, or private facility.
• Good spoken English; basic functional Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage primary main gate access; verify credentials for residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and maintenance contractors.
• Perimeter Security: Perform scheduled daily foot patrols across compound grounds, common areas, parking zones, and facility perimeters.
• Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitor compound CCTV systems, gate barriers, lighting, and safety alarms.
• Traffic & Parking Management: Ensure visitor parking regulations are followed and emergency access routes remain clear at all times.
• Resident Assistance & Logging: Maintain clean, accurate digital/manual logbooks for incoming visitors, contractors, and deliveries; assist residents with basic security inquiries politely and professionally.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly and calmly to security alerts, emergency situations, or unauthorized entry, reporting directly to compound management.

• Communication: Good spoken English; basic functional Arabic is an advantage.
• Attributes: Sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, and physical fitness for shift work and walking patrols.
