Job summary

Visionary Recruitment Services Chennai is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead safety initiatives at a Qatar-based container terminal. You will implement and monitor HSE standards, ensure safe vessel operations, RTG movements, lifting activities and cargo handling, and drive workforce safety compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in container terminal operations, NEBOSH certification, and fluent English; Male candidates and those willing to relocate to Qatar are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold an HSE qualification meeting QatarEnergy requirements.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years experience in container terminal operations, including 3+ years in Safety/HSE.
• Knowledge of marine safety, lifting safety, hazardous cargo, and terminal operations.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Male candidates only.
• Indian candidates willing to relocate to Qatar can apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Implement and monitor HSE standards across container terminal operations for Qatar Energy compliance.
• Ensure safe vessel operations, RTG movements, lifting activities and cargo handling.
• Monitor hazardous cargo handling and enforce safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE requirements (CORP-HSE-STD-080).
• Promote HSE awareness and manage workforce safety compliance.
