Job summary

QatarEnergy Qatarization is seeking an experienced Fire Commander to lead teams during fires, rescues, and emergencies within industrial city operations. You will design drills and exercises to build competency across crews and manage on-station shifts, including emergency responses and vehicle readiness.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid heavy vehicle license, and NFPA firefighting credentials with extensive field experience.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education and NFPA fire training credentials.
• Hands-on experience in industrial or commercial fire services.
• Ability to operate modern firefighting and rescue equipment.
• Strong English communication and on-scene leadership.

• Direct watch commander duties to lead teams during fires and emergencies.
• Design and conduct drills to develop individual and team competencies.
