Job summary

C2HR GLOBAL LLC is seeking an HSE Engineer to implement and monitor health, safety and environment policies across major construction sites in the GCC. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing risk assessments and JSA/ toolbox talks.

The ideal candidate will conduct inductions, inspections and incident investigations, coordinating with project teams and contractors to uphold a strong safety culture. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and site safety plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and risks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations project requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments method statements toolbox talks and HSE reports.
• Investigate accidents incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions training and toolbox meetings for site personnel.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices.
• Coordinate with project management engineers and site teams regarding HSE matters.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures.
• Maintain HSE documentation inspection records and incident reports.
• Support emergency preparedness and conduct emergency drills when required.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project.

• Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in high-rise building or major construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management

• UAE GCC project experience is preferred
• Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred
