Job summary

Seagullhr in Qatar is hiring an HSE Coordinator for its QSGTL Maintenance Long-Term Project. The role focuses on coordinating HSE activities across maintenance operations and promoting safety culture on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of maintenance industry experience, with Oil & Gas Gulf experience mandatory, and is available for immediate departure. Attractive salary and on-site benefits are offered on a long-term project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance activities.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining, LNG, or Power Generation.
• Oil & Gas Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available for immediate departure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HSE activities across maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, policies, and applicable industry standards.
• Monitor workplace activities and identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks.
• Conduct site inspections and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness programs.
• Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to maintain safe working practices.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists, and relevant documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
