Nord Anglia Education is recruiting an HR Officer to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar. You will support HR operations across the school, maintaining records, processing contracts, and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and visa documentation.

You will coordinate recruitment, contribute to payroll inputs with Finance, administer benefits, and provide day-to-day employee relations support, escalating more complex matters to the HR Manager while upholding local labour laws.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience, ideally within education or a similarly regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred).
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.

Responsabilidades

The Role

• Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the school

• Preparing contracts, amendments, renewals, and official correspondence
• Contributing to onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating visa documentation where required
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and offer paperwork
• Preparing monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance, and administering employee benefits
• Providing day-to-day, low-level employee relations support to staff, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years’ HR experience, ideally within education or a similarly regulated sector
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred)
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with school leadership
